TheCoffee Maker
I am the coffee maker at our local church, and I make the coffee for the congregation every week. I would like to say that this coffee maker has served us well for the past 12 years. Considering all the events the church has throughout the year plus every weekend at mass. I personally woud give this item the highest rating allowed for good service, durability, and ability to make good coffee.
Recently during one of the events the coffe filter stem was broken and I would like to know if you sell replacement parts.

I really like this product . The only thing I don't like is that the filter slits are a little big so the grounds sometimes get into the coffee.
